User agreement
1. General provisions
1.1. This User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the Agreement) regulates the relationship between Individual Entrepreneur Natalia Sergeevna Lyrchikova (TIN 744900134560) - the owner of the www website. ru.membrane-ppf.com.ru (hereinafter referred to as the site or Administration) on the one hand and the user of the site on the other. The site is not a mass media site.
1.2. By using the website, you agree to the terms of this agreement.
1.3. If you do not agree with the terms of this agreement, do not use the site!
2. Rights and obligations of the parties
2. 1.The user has the right to:
- search for information on the website,
- receive information on the website,
- use the site information for personal non-commercial purposes,
- use the site information for commercial purposes with the permission of the Administration.
2.2. The Administration has the right to:
- to create, change, cancel the rules at its discretion and the need
- restrict access to any information on the site,
- create, modify, delete information,
- to refuse registration without explanation.
2.3. The User undertakes:
- to ensure the accuracy of the information provided,
- to ensure the safety of personal data from access by third parties,
- update the Personal Data provided during registration, if they change,
- do not copy information from other sources,
- when copying information from other sources, include information about the author in its composition,
- not to disseminate information that is aimed at propaganda of war, incitement, national, racial or religious hatred and enmity, as well as other information for the dissemination of which criminal or administrative responsibility is provided,
- do not disrupt the performance of the site,
- do not create multiple accounts on the Site if they actually belong to the same person,
- not to commit actions aimed at misleading other Users,
- not to transfer your account and/or login and password of your account to third parties for use,
- not to register an account on behalf of or in place of another person, except in cases provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation,
- not to post materials of an advertising, erotic, pornographic or offensive nature, as well as other information, the placement of which is prohibited or contradicts the norms of the current legislation of the Russian Federation,
- do not use scripts (programs) for automated collection of information and/or interaction with the Site and its Services.
2.4. The Administration undertakes:
- to maintain the functionality of the site, except in cases when it is impossible for reasons beyond the control of the Administration.
- to carry out versatile protection of the User account,
- protect information whose dissemination is restricted or prohibited by laws by issuing a warning or deleting the user account that violated the rules,
- provide all available information about the User to the authorized state authorities in cases established by law.
3. Responsibility of the parties
- the user personally bears full responsibility for the information disseminated by him,
- the administration does not bear any responsibility for the accuracy of information copied from other sources,
- the administration does not bear any responsibility for the services provided by third parties,
- in the event of a force majeure situation (hostilities, state of emergency, natural disaster, etc.), the Administration does not guarantee the safety of the information posted by the User, as well as the uninterrupted operation of the information resource.
4. Terms of the Agreement
4.1. This Agreement comes into force for any use of this site.
4.2. The Agreement ceases to be valid when a new version of it appears.
4.3. The Administration reserves the right to unilaterally change this agreement at its discretion.
4.4. The Administration does not notify users about changes in the Agreement.
